Conophytum limpidum TS/PD908 (Namiesberg)

Members of the Ophthalmophyllum section can be difficult to identify. This species tends to have the glassiest, smoothest appearance of all the species and never has any red pigmentation in the epidermis. It tends to cluster more quickly than its sectional relatives and seeks out shadier conditions in which to grow in the wild. Flowers are light to pale pink.
